The graphics you create using Kards are yours. The Kards brand, logo, design, and underlying code remain our intellectual property.
Kards' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access the data necessary to provide our service.
We strive to keep Kards available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Kards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
